Eventyora Cookie Policy

1. What this page covers
This page explains the cookies and similar storage used by Eventyora (eventyora.com and the apps CRM, Experience and Production). Eventyora is operated by DYNAMIC BTL EVENTS SRL. The rules are in Law 506/2004 (art. 4) and GDPR.
Short version: we use only cookies needed to run the service. We use no advertising and no analytics cookies. So we do not show a cookie banner.
2. Cookies we set

All our cookies are HttpOnly (except where noted), Secure (HTTPS) and SameSite=Lax. Protection against forged requests (CSRF) uses a token stored inside your session, not a separate cookie.
3. Browser storage (not cookies)

These stay on your device and are not sent to us.
4. Third parties
- Google Fonts may load fonts from Google servers; your IP address is then visible to Google.
- Google Maps loads only after you click the map button.
- Social sign-in (Google, Facebook, Apple): only if you click it. The provider may set its own cookies; see its policy.
- Netopia payment page: the card form belongs to Netopia and may use its own cookies.
We do not use advertising, retargeting or analytics cookies.
5. How to control cookies
Cookies listed as strictly necessary cannot be turned off in the app, because the service would not work. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings (the app will then ask you to sign in again). "Remember me" is optional: do not tick it and the cookie is not set. Dark mode and menu choices are removed when you clear the site data.
