1. What this page is

You are a guest, or you are buying a ticket, through a page powered by Eventyora. These terms explain how the Eventyora platform works for you and who is responsible for what.

2. Who is who

3. The organizer sells the ticket

Each organizer is the seller of its tickets. Your ticket contract is with the organizer. Eventyora is not the seller, does not organise the event and is not a party to the sale. For questions about the event, the price, changes, cancellation or refunds, contact the organizer first. Their contact details are on the checkout page and in your confirmation email.

4. Buying a ticket

  1. Choose tickets, give the details asked and pay.
  2. Before you pay, you see the total price with taxes and fees.
  3. After payment you get a confirmation by email with your ticket and QR code. If it does not arrive, check spam, then use the "resend" option on the order page or contact the organizer.
  4. Your ticket is personal to the event. Do not share the QR code publicly: anyone who scans it first may be admitted.

5. No 14-day withdrawal for event tickets

Under Romanian consumer law (OUG 34/2014, art. 16 lit. l), the right to withdraw within 14 days does not apply to leisure services, such as event tickets, that are for a specific date or period. This means that, unless the organizer says otherwise, a ticket for a dated event cannot be returned only because you changed your mind. This does not affect your other rights: if the event is cancelled, changed in a significant way or not as described, contact the organizer for a refund or a solution. Your legal rights for products and services that are faulty stay the same.

6. Cancellation, changes and refunds

The organizer decides and publishes its refund rules. If an event is cancelled, the organizer must tell you and refund or offer a fair solution as the law requires. Refunds go back to the payment method you used, through the organizer's payment account. Eventyora provides the tools and cannot give a refund on the organizer's behalf.

7. Your data

The organizer is the controller of your guest data (name, email, ticket, answers to questions, photos and so on). Eventyora processes it for the organizer. Eventyora is the controller of the data for platform security, support and service messages. Details, your rights and how to use them are in the Privacy Policy. Data questions: privacy@eventyora.com.

If an event asks you questions that touch health, diet or similar topics, answer only if you want to. The organizer is responsible for explaining why they ask.

8. Photos, messages and live screens

At some events, guests can post photos, messages or questions that may appear on a live screen. Post only what you have the right to share and what is respectful. The organizer can remove content. By posting you allow the organizer to show it at the event as described by the organizer.

9. Use of the platform

Do not misuse the platform: no fake tickets, no scraping, no attempts to bypass payments or check-in, no harassment of other guests. We or the organizer may refuse entry or block access if you do.

10. Liability

Nothing here limits your rights under mandatory consumer law. Eventyora is not responsible for the event itself, the organizer's acts or the venue. Our responsibility for the platform covers what the law requires of a software provider.

11. Complaints and out-of-court solutions

  1. First write to the organizer. You can also write to help@eventyora.com and we will forward it and help.
  2. You may contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC): https://anpc.ro. Out-of-court dispute resolution (SAL): https://anpc.ro/ce_este_sal
  3. EU Online Dispute Resolution (SOL) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr (closed from 20 July 2025).
  4. For data protection complaints, see the Privacy Policy (ANSPDCP).

12. Law and changes

Romanian law applies, without removing the consumer protection of your country of residence if you live elsewhere in the EU. We may update these terms; the version shown when you buy applies to that purchase.
