1. Who we are and what this covers
Eventyora is operated by DYNAMIC BTL EVENTS SRL, registered office Strada Tudor Arghezi nr. 38, Sector 2, București, România, Trade Register J2015009514405, CUI 34846781 ("Eventyora", "we"). These terms are the contract between us and the business that opens an Eventyora account ("you", "the organizer").
Eventyora is software for events. It has three apps:
- CRM for venues and agencies: offers, contracts with electronic signature, invoices and payments.
- Experience: tickets with QR code, invitations, check-in, the guest app, messages, questions, photos and live screens.
- Production.
Which features you can use depends on your plan.
2. Accepting these terms
You accept these terms when you create an account and tick the box. The person who signs up confirms they can bind the business. If you do not agree, do not use Eventyora.
3. Your account
- Give true information and keep it up to date.
- Keep sign-in details private. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite (roles such as organizer, finance, check-in).
- Tell us quickly at help@eventyora.com if you think someone else has access.
4. What you may and may not do
You may use Eventyora to run your own events and your own business.
You may not: break the law; send spam; upload content you have no right to use; try to reach another organizer's data; test security on the live service without our written permission; resell Eventyora without a written agreement; use it for events that are illegal.
5. Your content and your data
- Your content and your guests' data stay yours (or your guests' and your clients'). We get only the right to host and process them to run the service.
- For personal data of your guests, clients and staff, you are the controller and we are the processor. The Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is part of these terms.
- For your own account data (your name, work email, billing details) and for our own service messages, we are the controller. See the Privacy Policy (data questions: privacy@eventyora.com).
- You must have a legal basis and give the notices that the law requires before you load or collect personal data in Eventyora. This includes questions with sensitive answers (for example dietary or medical needs, which can be special-category data under Article 9 GDPR): collect them only when you have a valid basis, usually explicit consent, and ask only what you need.
6. Electronic signatures and documents
The CRM can record a simple electronic signature on a contract (typed name, time, a fingerprint of the document, a protected code derived from the IP address, device details and account email). This is a simple electronic signature. Whether it is enough for a given contract is your decision and your responsibility. Eventyora does not give legal advice on your contracts.
7. Third-party services
Some features use other services: email delivery (Mailjet), card payments (Netopia), social sign-in (Google, Facebook, Apple), push notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging), maps (Google, loaded only when you click), invoicing and shop tools that you connect yourself (for example SmartBill, WooCommerce) and AI features in the CRM (OpenAI), when you use them. Their own terms also apply. The full list is on the Subprocessors page.
8. Tickets and payments
- When you sell tickets, you are the seller. The ticket contract is between you and the buyer. Eventyora provides the tools and is not a party to it.
- You set the price, the VAT treatment, the refund and cancellation rules, and the event information. You must show your business identity and the buyer information that consumer law requires.
- Card payments are handled by Netopia in your payment account. Eventyora never sees or stores full card numbers.
- Refunds, chargebacks and disputes with buyers are yours to handle, with our tools. Netopia's fees apply as agreed between you and Netopia.
- Event tickets for a specific date are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal in Romanian consumer law (OUG 34/2014, art. 16 lit. l). Tell buyers this before they pay. Our guest terms say so as well.
9. Fees
Subscription prices are shown on the Pricing page when you choose a plan. They are shown in the currency stated there, with VAT added where it applies. We invoice on the cycle you choose when you order (monthly or annually). If a payment fails, we may limit your account after a notice. We may change prices for the next billing period with at least 30 days' notice; you can cancel before the change starts.
10. Availability and support
We work to keep Eventyora running and to fix problems fast, but we do not promise it will never be interrupted. We may do maintenance and will warn you when we can. Support: help@eventyora.com. Plan your event so that a short outage of any online service does not stop it (for example export your check-in list before doors open).
11. Our rights in the software
Eventyora, its design, code and brand belong to us. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it while your account is active. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the product without payment.
12. Confidentiality and security
We use technical and organisational measures described in the DPA annex and the Security FAQ. You agree to keep your own devices and staff accounts secure.
13. Liability
- Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law (fraud, intent, gross negligence, death or injury).
- Otherwise, our total liability to you in a 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous 12 months.
- We are not liable for indirect loss (lost profit, lost events) or for failures of third parties we do not control, or for decisions you take about your events, contracts and guests.
14. Suspension
We may suspend an account if it breaks these terms, puts others at risk or has overdue invoices. Where we can, we warn you first and give time to fix it.
15. Ending the contract
- You can close your account at any time from your profile (delete account) or by email. Export your data first.
- We may end the contract with 30 days' notice, or immediately for serious breach.
- After closing, your data is deleted or anonymised following the Data Retention Policy, except what the law requires us or you to keep (for example accounting records).
16. Changes to these terms
We will tell you by email and in the app at least 30 days before material changes apply. If you keep using Eventyora after that date, the new terms apply. If you disagree, you may close your account before then.
17. General
- These terms, the DPA and the Pricing page are the whole agreement.
- Romanian law applies. Courts of Bucharest, Sector 2, decide disputes, unless the law says otherwise.
- We may transfer the contract to another company of our group or to the successor of our business, with notice to you. This includes the planned move of Eventyora to a dedicated company.
- If a clause is invalid, the others stay valid.
- Language: this text is in English and Romanian. If they differ, the Romanian text prevails.
